1. What areas do you offer pickup from?

We offer pickup from Punta Cana, Bávaro, Cap Cana, Uvero Alto, Bayahibe, Dominicus, Juan Dolio, Boca Chica, and Santo Domingo. You can also choose to meet us directly in Bayahibe.

2. What if I’m staying in an Airbnb or a private villa?

No problem! If your accommodation is accessible by our transportation, we can arrange pickup. Otherwise, we’ll direct you to the nearest meeting point.

3. Is pickup included in the tour price?

Yes, for most areas like Punta Cana, Bávaro, Bayahibe, and Dominicus. In some distant areas, a small transportation fee may apply.

4. Can I choose to drive to the meeting point instead?

Absolutely! If you prefer to meet us in Bayahibe with your own vehicle, we’ll give you the exact location and time.

5. How will I know my exact pickup time?

After booking, we’ll confirm your pickup time by email or WhatsApp the evening before the tour. Pickup times vary depending on your location.

6. How long is the drive from Punta Cana to Bayahibe?

It takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes from Punta Cana or Bávaro to Bayahibe, depending on traffic.

7. What type of transportation do you use for pickups?

We use comfortable, air-conditioned vans or minibuses depending on the number of guests and the pickup area.

​

8. Can I book a private transfer to the boat?

Yes! We offer private transfers upon request, especially for families or groups who want more privacy.

​

9. Do you pick up at cruise ports or airports?

Pickup from La Romana cruise port is possible upon request. Airport pickups are not available for the tour day but we can help arrange transport in advance.

10. What time does the tour start and end?

The boat usually leaves Bayahibe around 9:30 AM and returns around 4:00 PM. With transport, your day may start as early as 6:30 AM (from Punta Cana).

11. What if my hotel is far from the main tourist areas?

In that case, we’ll either arrange a custom pickup or offer a meeting point that’s easy to reach.

12. Is the return transfer included too?

Yes, round-trip transportation is included. We’ll drop you off at the same location where you were picked up.

​

13. Will I share the vehicle with other passengers?

Yes, our standard transportation is shared with other guests to optimize timing and costs. Private vehicles are available on request.

14. Do I need to reconfirm my pickup before the tour?

We recommend checking your messages the night before. Our team always sends final pickup details by WhatsApp or email.

15. What happens if I miss my pickup?

Please be ready on time. If you're not at the meeting point, the vehicle may have to leave to stay on schedule. No-shows are non-refundable.
